This indicator shows the percentage of enrolled childcare/preschool students age 2+ that have received all required immunizations. Required immunizations include 4 DTP, 3 Polio, 1 MMR, 3 Hep B, and 1 Var or physician documented varicella disease.
The value is based on children entering public, private, or headstart childcare or preschools at the beginning of the school year in the fall.
Child care and preschool facilities with 10 or more enrollees are included.
